PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The following options are available at checkout:

UK/ DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Royal Mail - 'First Class Signed For’ - Estimated delivery time - 3/5 business Days - £6.50 (*Flat rate per order).
- Special Delivery* (*At special request, when and where we can accommodate - please email info@thisisradish.com ) 1-2 business days - £14.50 (*Flat rate per order).

OVERSEAS SHIPPING (inc. EUROPE/ USA/ CANADA/ AUSTRALIA/ NEW ZEALAND)
- Royal Mail  - Standard Tracked International Delivery - 6/14 business days - £25
- Courier  - International- 2/3 business days  - £60 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES

If you are ordering outside UK you may incur tax and duties once it arrives in your country. This is Radish Ltd (t/a RADISH) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
